Classes are small and friendly allowing for a more
personalised style of yoga and making it more easily adaptable
to individual students' needs and levels of ability.
The emphasis is on the breathing, relaxation and
mindfulness, letting go
of tension - 'undoing' rather than 'doing' - allowing the
body to mindfully ease gently into each posture.
Occasionally during a term there
is a
2½ hour class on a Wednesday
evening which allows time for developing Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation
practices.
A FREE consultation is available for all new students
considering joining a class. This allows you to ask
questions and discuss any health issues and gives me the
opportunity to suggest which class is most suitable for your
needs.
