Aims:
This Further Studies Level 2 course
aims to provide an environment in which serious students of yoga can
further their own personal journey through the practices and study of
Yoga.
Who is the course for?
The
course is for those who already have a basic understanding that
underpins the philosophy of yoga, who may have attended a Foundation
Course at Level 1 or similar, or students who may have started a
teaching diploma and dropped out. It will suit students with a
willingness and openness to be part of a small, safe and supportive
ongoing study group who want to develop a
deeper level
of concentration, meditation and inner stillness in all aspects of their
practice and continue to explore the development of a personal vinyasa
to meet their own needs. They will have the courage to explore
whatever arises in the moment, be prepared to reflect upon the
subtleties of the body and the messages and philosophical beliefs of
Yoga texts.
Dates, Times & Venue:
The course will takes place
one Saturday a month 10am-5pm,
in Cirencester,
Gloucestershire.
Easily accessible from M4, M5 & Oxford.

current economic climate that we are faced with today I have structured
this course in a way to help reduce the costs (eg. there are no hall or
retreat hire fees etc). As a result I am delighted to offer a high
