Post Natal Yoga

From a medical perspective the postnatal period is 6-weeks after the birth, however motherhood is an enormous adjustment and it can be several years before the body and hormones settle back.   During these early weeks, months and years gentle exercise, relaxation and an opportunity to give and receive support can be very beneficial to aiding recovery.    

  • 1-1 tuition with baby or

  • Create your own small group with friends who are at similar stages of postnatal recovery, in the comfort of your own home.  

  • Book times and days to suit you.

  • Includes home practice sheets and downloads

  • Reduction for a block of 5 sessions to be used at any time within a  3 month period.
