Pregnancy is a special time for you and your baby and specialist yoga classes are a gentle and safe approach to Yoga that:
  • Helps develop breathing skills to aid relaxation and movement.

  • Gently assists your body in cultivating strength, balance & flexibility during the many changes that pregnancy brings.

  • Gives you space to relax.

  • Offers time in which to focus on your baby and help prepare you mentally, physically & emotionally.

  • Gives you an opportunity to share your experience with other pregnant mums.

  • Assists in preparation for labour and birth, using safe principles and practice.

  • Suitable from 14 weeks until birth.

.Jan Wilding is a mother, grandmother, an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher and a massage therapist.  Jan has also taught infant massage.  Having completed her training in pregnancy yoga with Judy Cameron, a nurse, midwife, British Wheel of Yoga teacher & Yoga Birth tutor, Jan is pleased to offer these specialist pregnancy classes in Cirencester.

A Word About Employee Rights and Taking Time Out for Ante Natal Care:-"Employees have the right to reasonable paid time off work for ante natal appointments which includes the time spent travelling to an appointment and waiting.
...... They cannot ask you to make appointments in your own time, or make the time up later.   An ante natal appointment is any appointment you make on the advice of your doctor, midwife or health visitor.   This includes parentcraft and relaxation classes."
