About Us

Jan Wilding

Jan is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacherand Holistic Massage therapist with over 20 years experience in the field of Personal Development both in the UK and abroad.  Jan supports and encourages everyday mindfulness through a sense of deep relaxation, good breathing habits,  meditation and the letting go of tensions in order to release blocks to creativity and good health.

Andrew Hodges

Andrew Hodges is a free-lance musician and teacher, with world-wide experience in group facilitation.  His research subject is the study of intuitive group improvisation. 

Andrew trained as a violinist at the Royal Academy of Music.  His professional career has been wide and various including having been Head of Music in a UK school,  global sales manager for an international corporate, world-wide sales skills trainer and Managing Director of his own business coaching company (AHA! Coaching).

He currently leads the Stratton String Quartet.

He is based in the Gloucestershire area where he is actively involved in a variety of musical activities including violin tuition, composition and arranging, facilitating group music improvisation workshops for schools and colleges, delivering business leadership programmes which employ the medium of music improvisation and is also Founder and Editor of one of the world's leading music improvisation, sound therapy and associated musical instrument website; Sound Forum
