• We hold your name, email address ± phone number on our mailing list, in order to communicate with you regarding yoga classes. You have given these details to us when you expressed interest in my services.

 

• Your data is stored digitally and to keep it safe it is protected by a firewall and anti-virus software.

 

• We have never, and will never, give or sell your details to a third party.

 

• If there happens to be a security breach we will inform you within 72 hours of becoming aware of this.

 

• At any time you have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list by contacting us by email

• If requested we will delete your data except where legal and insurance reasons prevent this.

• We will confirm to you the deletion of data.

• For legal and insurance reasons Health Forms (if you have completed one) are stored securely.
