Why go on a Retreat?

Sometimes we have to be away from home to give ourselves the permission to truly relax. Being on a retreat allows you to listen to your body, rest when you need it, and be free from stress.  It's all about stepping back, going inwards, and allowing yourself time out.  Leave the outside world behind, step away from all stresses and drains on your time and energy, and instead put your focus on doing less and being more.  At the very least, time away from your day-to-day life will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, re-inspired, and deeply rested. At best a retreat can help you to gain clarity, seek for deeper truth, and possibly even find the answers you've been searching for.
