A RRR workshop helps promote a sense of deep peace and relaxation.  Take time out to relax mentally & physically through gentle stretching & soothing restorative yoga postures that allow you to move into a more peaceful and restful state.  Explore simple breathing practices to  help calm, slow down and promote a deep & profound sense of well being.
